  • Someone who's just sold media by a rate card or FCT basis may not fit well
  • This person would ideally be selling properties/sponsorships/special properties/ innovation at a premium right now

This is a key role and will lead the business goals for the firm. This person is a self-driven young achiever who is great with business development and persuasion skills and has deep interest in selling innovative concepts and growing the business. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Business Development (Digital platform-mobile, tablet, PC, offline)
  • Business Development - to interact with Brand Managers, Marketing Heads of children focused brands, Corporates, Schools & Preschools
  • Conceptualizing and making campaign plans for Clients
  • Someone who has an experience of selling innovative media properties and digital concepts in media (not just selling media spots)
  • Yearly subscription/tie-ups with Brands for annual campaigns/plans – Building properties with brands over a longer period - annual
  • Relationship Management – Renewals from existing brands
  • Conceptualizing & executing online and offline brand properties for sponsorships
  • Strategic alliances with Child-focused brands, platforms and media - part moneys part barter
  • Most of the brands and business have an agency managing their digital spends, and hence there may be a need for multi-level persuasion to see through the closure
