quick description:

As a Social Media Specialist, we are looking for someone who can work closely with our internal teams and clients to understand their requirements and desired use of social media marketing technologies as a means to engage and build relationships with consumers. The ideal candidate will function as a part of the social media marketing team: assisting with listening, research, coordination, and analytics.
You will also be responsible for developing content ideas and syndicating content across owned and earned social channels. This could include blog posts, tweets, status updates, pins, photos and videos.
  • Plan and manage social media campaigns across several different platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Blogs, Pinterest, etc. while keeping in line with company best practices
  • Maintain a robust community while keeping the voice of the brand, participating in dialogue with the customer when appropriate
  • Manage multiple projects relating to the effective use of social media while providing updates and reviews to internal teams and clients. Educate and inform about social media activities, policies, competition, and achievements
  • Coordinate social media content development
  • Identify new opportunities to continually improve the social media presence to engage supporters online and nurture them into customers
  • Produce creatives for use in social media campaigns
  • Perform any other duties as designated by the Social Media Manager
